She studied at the Martha Beck Institute and Michael Harner’s Foundation for Shamanic Studies, and she is the author of Swimming with Elephants.
Sarah and her great spirit animal Alice the Elephant created this tiny book of inspiration to motivate creatives, healers, and helpers. Sarah supplements Alice’s amusing (and occasionally salty) daily advise with her own thoughts, a suggestion, and a prayer. In the last 10 years, Sarah has published six books and led transformational retreats in far-flung locations such as Northern Thailand and Kauai, as well as home in the Midwest.
