He is best known for his appearances in Date Movie, where he portrayed a parody of Dr. Hitch in the movie Hitch, and Bad Santa, where he played Marcus, the brains behind a safe-cracking pair. In the movie Bad Santa, professional thieves Willie T. Soke (Billy Bob Thornton) and his dwarf assistant Marcus Skidmore (Tony Cox) rob department stores during the day while Marcus poses as an elf. Marcus’ wife Lois (Lauren Tom) serves as their getaway driver. Marcus takes his elf responsibilities seriously, but Willie, an alcoholic with a sex addiction, is slowly losing his capacity to interact with youngsters, which is negatively harming his ability to break into safes, much to Marcus’ dismay.
