Famous Volleyball Player Kennedy Martin father is a former football player and coach, has been on rounds to assure his daughter’s success since she began playing volleyball at an early age.
He has always been there for her, whether it is with applause at her games or providing possibilities for her.
Martin is one of Ruvell and Michelle’s four daughters. Not only her father, but also her mother, are enthusiastic supporters of her daughter’s work. Her mother, in fact, was the one who enrolled her in summer camp during her formative years.
Kennedy Martin is now a freshman volleyball hitter for the Florida Gators in the year 2023. She aims to be like Kerri Walsh Jennings, Samantha Bricio, Misty May-Treanor, Jordan Larson, and Gabrielle Reece, to name a few female volleyball cornerstones.
In September 2019, the South Carolina native committed to the University of Florida and signed a letter of intent in November 2022. Martin graduated from Nation Ford High School in 2023, where she was named the South Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year in 2022.

Ruvell Martin, Kennedy Martin’s father, is a former NFL player.
Ruvell Martin (born August 10, 1982) is Kennedy’s father, a retired NFL wide receiver who played from 2004 to 2012. Even if his playing career didn’t end with a great achievement, he was always his daughter’s best player.
Martin, an undrafted free agent from the Chargers in 2004, played for four other NFL teams: the Packers, Rams, Seahawks, and Bills.
The 41-year-old former footballer then got into real estate after retiring.
He has been the CEO/owner of Costello Real Estate and Investments since March 2022, according to his LinkedIn page. He previously worked for the organization as an agent in South Carolina from 2014 to 2022.
Ruvell also worked as a coaching assistant with his old team, the Green Bay Packers, between 2020 and 2022. The assignment occurred after his teammate, Matt LaFleur, the Packers’ head coach, approached him about it.

Jumana, her sister, is a senior at Nation Ford High School and a member of the girls’ varsity volleyball team. She is also a member of the Carolina Union Volleyball Club.
