Jessica Long was born on February 29, 1993, in Bratsk, Russia. Tatiana Olegovna Kirillova was her birth name before it was changed to Jessica Tatiana Long. Beth and Steven Long adopted her when she was thirteen months old. Her biological parents, on the other hand, are unknown. Beth has an adoptive brother, Joshua Long, whom Beth and Steven adopted from the same orphanage at the same time.
