The news that Amy Poehler and Nick Kroll were dating broke in mid-2013. The couple was first seen dating at Los Angeles’ Pikey Café and Bar.
Furthermore, the two collaborated on “The Douche.” Later, the couples were spotted together at the AFI Life Achievement Award Ceremony. While they were both having a good time, one of the observers said to PEOPLE,
“Throughout the night, Amy appeared to be very happy and upbeat – they were very cozy. I haven’t seen Amy look this light and airy out in a long time.”She also mentioned her relationship in her 2014 memoir, saying,

The couple’s relationship, however, did not last long, as they divorced in late 2015. The couple did not reveal the reason for their split, but an insider close to Kroll and Poehler did. According to the insider,
“Unfortunately, they were unable to make the relationship work with their respective schedules. Upcoming projects constantly got in the way of Kroll and the mother of two. She and her two sons were hiking in Los Angeles on May 2, 2016, when paparazzi spotted them with an anonymous guy.
After nearly a year, it was revealed that Poehler’s boyfriend was a lawyer named Benjamin Graf. On January 30, 2017, the couple was spotted spending quality time together in the Bahamas.
They were in a tropical location to attend a friend’s wedding. But Poehler and Graf’s relationship couldn’t quite reach that level.
According to Radar Online, the couple divorced in April 2018.
Kroll’s Ex-Girlfriend Was Married Before
Amy was previously married to Will Arnett, whom she married in August 2003, before meeting Nick.
Amy and Will shared custody of their two sons, Abel Arnett, 10, and Archie Arnett, 12. However, on April 8, 2014, the couple filed for divorce, which was finalized in July 2016.
Nick Kroll is married to Lily Kwong.
Nick Kroll and Big Mouth co-creator/star Lily Kwong began dating in 2018.
Kwong announced her pregnancy on Instagram on October 17th, after two years, with a photo of her baby bump near the beach. The caption was as follows: I made a Dumpling with my forever person @nickkroll.
The following year, Kroll revealed that he is married, which caused quite a stir. On Thanksgiving, he posted a photo of their wedding on Instagram (26 November).
‘So very thankful for @lily kwong,’ he wrote in the caption.
Kroll’s wife, Kwong, returned the affection by posting the same photo on Instagram with the caption: ‘So deeply thankful, 11•19•20 + forever.’
