Death of Abhinav Chaudhary

In Rajasthan, Chaudhary was receiving training to pilot an IAF MIG-21. The MIG-21 aircraft took off from Suratgarh, Rajasthan, for Halwara, Punjab, but it crashed near the village of Langeana, Moga, Punjab, due to a mechanical problem.

According to the SP of Moga, Gurdeep Singh, they were able to locate Abhinav’s body, which was lying 2 km away from the scene of the accident, after searching for around 4 hours. Additionally, he used a parachute to land safely, but his neck and spinal cord were revealed to be shattered.

The plane crashed on May 20, 2021 (Thursday) between 11:00 and 11:30 pm, and Abhinav’s body was discovered on May 21. (Friday). Many people express their sorrow at his tragic passing.
