Stephen Blake Woltz, better known as Hangman Page, was born in Halifax, Virginia, on July 27, 1991. Page was not born into a family of sports, and he had never wrestled before. In the same year, he and Jason Blade won the CWF Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Championship, which was their first professional wrestling title.
