Kentrell DeSean Gaulden was born on October 20, 1999, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA. His father was sentenced to 55 years in prison, therefore he was raised by his maternal grandmother — his mother’s name is unknown.
YoungBoy fractured his neck as a child and had to wear a head brace until his spine healed. He still has a scar on his forehead from the brace.
