A father-daughter relationship is extremely special and beautiful. Anmol Rodriguez, on the other hand, was unable to appreciate its beauty. When she was a child, she was the victim of an acid attack by her own father. Everyone should be inspired by Anmol’s story.

Anmol Rodriguez, an acid attack survivor, was only two months old when her father poured acid on her face with the intent of killing her. Her father did not want a girl and planned to murder her when she was only two months old. Fortunately, their neighbor came to their aid after the incident and took her to the hospital.

Anmol Rodriguez,  had to go through several surgeries as a child . Rodriguez had one eye and parts of her face amputated. While discussing her father and her assailant,

Meanwhile, she added that she had heard her father was imprisoned, but she was unsure about the news. She spent her childhood in the orphanage Shree Manav Seva Sangh after the attack. Because of her appearance, she did not have many friends as a child because the other kids were afraid of her. She shared her heartbreaking experience, saying:

“I was too young to understand why I looked different from the other patients at the hospital.

While no one hated me, they were initially afraid of my face. But it was always difficult outside the orphanage.”

The orphanage hired a private tutor who taught her to concentrate on her studies rather than worrying about what other people thought of her. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in computer applications. Despite her studies and abilities, she faced numerous challenges at work on a daily basis. She described her experience as an employee who had been the victim of an acid attack as follows:

“Despite a college diploma, my struggle did not end there. People in the office kept staring at me, and I felt terrible. But this time I was prepared, with a positive outlook on life. But, unfortunately, they let me go because they felt everyone was staring at my face,”

Rodriguez desired the path of success after much struggle.

Despite her tragic past, the 23-year-old survivor became an inspiration to others by rising and walking through success. Despite her tragic past, she persevered and was eventually rewarded in her career. Many brands noticed her on social media and endorsed her brand. She was also the first commercial acid attack survivor model.

She is currently the face of Clovia’s nightwear line. Despite her difficulties, she persevered and established her name. Rodriguez is an inspiration to many other acid attack victims out there who want to make a difference in their lives. She believes that society and people should give similar opportunities to others. Rather than sympathy, opportunities and acceptance will assist them in leading a normal life.

She established the Acid Attack Survivor Sahas Foundation as a non-profit organization to help the many people who survived the acid attack. Her foundation assists victims by offering counseling and job opportunities to survivors of acid attacks. They also look after the victims’ needs. The foundation’s main goal is to help victims become strong and self-sufficient.
