Following his retirement, he joined the Denver Broncos as an offensive assistant and special teams coach. He has coached football clubs like the Jacksonville Jaguars, Dallas Cowboys, New York Jets, Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills, and Los Angeles Chargers.
