She was also charged with being an accessory to desecrating, damaging, and/or destroying human remains.Authorities have not yet named any other suspects.

Authorities are now awaiting the findings of toxicological tests because Flanagan showed no evidence of harm. Parker turned himself in to the NYPD on Sunday and is now reportedly awaiting extradition to New Jersey.

According to law police sources, Flanagan was last seen on August 6 inside an apartment complex in the financial sector, traveling the elevator to the 22nd floor with a 25-year-old gang member.
