South Korean lyricist, composer, producer, and music executive Bang Si-hyuk is also a songwriter. He is well-known for founding and serving as chairman of both Hybe Company and Big Hit Music (formerly Big Hit # business in the 1990s as a producer, composer, and arranger. His maternal uncle, politician and former journalist Choi Kyu-sik, was chosen as the South Korean ambassador to Hungary in 2018.
