Once, after being removed from a game, he publicly cursed his coach, earning him a two-game suspension from the Blazers. Wells has made impressive accomplishments throughout his career. He was crowned the BSN Champion in 2010, the NCAA season steals leader in 1998, the Mac Player of the Year twice, and three times on the first team for the MAC from 1996 to 1998.
