Pili was born on April 2, 1999, to Heather and Billy Pili. His grandparents are Randy and Virgie Crosby of Utqiaġvik, Alaska. He has eight siblings: Darren, Alissa, Trinity, Kayla, Cayden, Braden, Alyna, and Billy Jr.

In 2019, he appeared in 13 games, recording 18 tackles, three pass breakups, and a forced fumble. Pili has five tackles in four games during the 2020 season, which was cut short due to Covid-19. Unfortunately, he missed the entire 2021 season due to an Achilles tendon tear that occurred prior to the season’s start.
