Bret Bollinger was born on the Big Island of Hawaii’s Kailua-Kona on November 28, 1979. Since he was a child, he had a passion for music and singing. He began working with his colleagues members, guitarist Kaleo Wassman, and Yesod Williams, shortly after graduating. Bret and Kaloe were his high school pals, and after graduation, they both decided to pursue a career in music, forming the band “Pepper.”

However, in 2008, they left the band after the release of their albums, “Pink Crustaceans” and “Good Vibration.” They reunited in 2010 and released their sixth album. Bret began to appear on various shows and events after the popularity of Pepper, and the band members became household names.
