On Saturday night, Halloween, his horror began at 10:30 a.m. until he was arrested following a two-and-a-half-hour manhunt. According to the sources, the attacker was dressed in medieval clothing and armed with a Japanese-style katana sword.

At Sunday’s news conference, the officials claimed that the young man, Carl Girouard had mental health problems. Since exhibiting symptoms of hypothermia, the defendant was taken to the mental health hospital for assessment. He’s currently in police custody for questioning.
