Catherine O’Hara is a Canadian actress, writer, and comedian who rose to prominence as one of the founding cast members of the Canadian sketch comedy show SCTV (1976). On the show, she played Lucille Ball, Tammy Faye Bakker, Gilda Radner, Katharine Hepburn, and Brooke Shields, among others. O’Hara stuck with the show from start to finish (1976-1984). She went on to star in other Tim Burton films, including Beetlejuice (1988), The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993), and, most recently, Frankenweenie (2012).
