In the Bronx of New York City, Chris Bianco was born in 1960. His upbringing was in Ossining, New York. Chris had health issues as a child due to asthma. He wants to stay inside his house because of his asthma.

When he was at home, his aunt taught him how to prepare meals. When Chris Bianco was 13 years old, he began his first job at a local pizzeria. He then decided to leave high school and began learning how to bake pizza. He obtained training in the production of mozzarella cheese at Mike’s Deli in the Bronx.

In 1985, Chris won two round-trip tickets to anywhere in the country. He subsequently made the decision to travel to Phoenix. Chris Bianco  chose to make it his permanent home because he loved the location so much. He first offered his homemade Mozerella for sale outside of his home before later starting to offer it to nearby Italian restaurants.

Career

When Cosco, a catering event attendant, saw him making pizza in the wood oven, he offered him a small space in the shop’s corner to sell and make pizza.

On the opposite corner from the grocery store, he began offering clients Margherita, Marinara, and one special pizza. His pizza immediately gained acclaim throughout the city. Then, in 1988, he got the idea to develop his pizza-making abilities so that he could turn them into a full-time, well-paying career.

Chris Bianco then put forth a lot of effort to accumulate money so that he could travel to Italy and develop his pizza-making skills. To finish his studies, he took a flight to Italy for six months.

He relocated to Santa Fe, New Mexico, after coming home and spent three years working at an Italian eatery there. He relocated back to Phoenix in 1994, when he opened Pizzeria Bianco in the Town & Country Shopping Center Mall.

After Pizzeria Bianco was a success, he opened Bar Bianco in 1997. Then he kept accomplishing his goals at work. He was given the Best Chef Southwest James Beard Foundation Award in 2003. Later, in 2005, he founded a brand-new business named Pane Bianco.

About four kilometers from Pizzeria Bianco, on Central Avenue, there is a lunch and sandwich shop. In 2010, doctors advised him to cease cooking due to his asthma. He experienced breathing troubles from the flour and the oven. Then Chris’s brother Marco Bianco takes care of making the pizza.

Who is the wife of Chris Bianco?

Chris Bianco wed Mia Bianco on March 2, 2013. As his 50-year life was coming to an end, he got married. With Mia Bianco, Chris is the father of three kids at the moment. His oldest daughter, Nina Rose Bianco, was born on April 10, 2014.

Chris Bianco Leo David Bianco, was born on December 12th, 2015. His younger daughter Eva Lena Bianco was born again on September 29, 2017. All three of their children as well as a portion of Chris’ restaurant company are cared for by his wife Mia.
