From 2000 to 2001, Christina Greer worked as a colleague assistant for Coro, an American non-partisan, non-profit organization. She then spent three years as a pre-doctoral fellow at Smith College.

Greer was recently appointed as a McSilver Institute fellow at New York University in the Greater New York City Area. Since July 2009, she has worked as a political scientist and professor at Fordham University.
