A murder suspect is taken into custody by the MBL League.On June 5, 2021, Danny Serafini and Samantha Scott were taken into custody for the murder of Erin Serafini’s parents, Robert Gary Spohr and Wendy, at their Nevada home near Lake Tahoe.Deputies found Robert Spohr dead from a single gunshot wound after responding to a 911 call.Wendy, who underwent extensive surgery and rehabilitation following two gunshot wounds to the head, made the decision to enter a nursing facility. CCTV footage shows that a man wearing a white neck gaiter and a gray sweatshirt approached the victims’ home prior to the shooting.

Two years later, Samantha Scott and Danny Serafini were detained by the authorities as suspects.Although the reason for this is unknown, it’s important to note that Danny Serafini, who costarred with Erin on the reality show “Bar Rescue,” said that he had suffered substantial financial losses after his major league career ended, including a $14 million loss from “bad investments and a bitter divorce settlement.”
