The month of January is known as Divorce Month. Many celebrities have announced their divorces this month, confirming this. Actor David Koechner and his wife of 22 years, Leigh Koechner, have divorced.

David Koechner and his wife, Leigh Koechner, have court documents on page six. On Tuesday, January 13, 2020, David, 57, filed for dissolution of their marriage with minor children in California. The reason for their breakup after so many years together is not stated in the document.

Leigh, the wife, is more than just a housewife. She hosts the podcast “Messy Imperfect Life With Leigh.” In this, she revealed that she will be launching a webinar soon about the various stages of divorce. She wants people to know, as well as her fans, that divorce is not always a sad time. However, it is possible to return to happiness and love. She tweeted about the webinar’s impending arrival. She penned:
“Divorce stinks, but we don’t have to suffer,” she says.
Relationship between David and Leigh Koechner
On an airplane, Leigh and David met. This was revealed by Leigh on her website. She says:
“It wasn’t long before we were married and expecting a child,” she says.
In 1998, the couple married. They have five children together, one of whom is a set of twins. Margot, Charlie, Eve, Sargent, and Audrey are their names. Leigh and David are seen in a recent photo on her social media with the kids on Christmas. They appear to be friendly and at ease. They previously lived in Los Angeles with their children.
In a 2012 interview about parenthood, Leigh stated:
“I’ve discovered that the more prepared I am, the easier things go for everyone. During the school year, everyone’s backpacks are packed and lined up at the door, the snacks are ready and in their lunch boxes, and I try to do as much prep as possible ahead of time to make things easier.”
