Net worth of Dawn Staley
There are many awards Dawn Staley has won both as a player and as a coach. She has won six SEC Tournament championships, five SEC regular-season championships, and a lot of other awards over the years.
Dawn was supposed to get $15,000 if she won 11 or more SEC games, $25,000 if she was named SEC Coach of the Year, $100,000 if she won the SEC regular-season and tournament championships, and $15,000 if she finished in the top 25 in the final polls. She didn’t get the money. This led to a $155K increase in her $1.6 million salary (2019-2020).
This means that she has a lot of money, but how much isn’t clear.

Dawn Staley is a lesbian.
The notion that competitive women are sexually deviant also applies to Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) players.

Dawn, who spent over a decade playing for several WNBA teams, isn’t immune to the aforementioned unfavorable notion about her sexuality.
Although she has never taken offense to be dubbed a lesbian by misogynistic fans, the former Houston Comtes guard, 50, has also remained silent on the subject.
Daen Staley Married To Lisa Boyer?
Dawn has opted for a more passive-aggressive approach on Twitter when it comes to exposing her thoughts on being married and husband material, as she has refrained from discussing her sexuality or her relationships in interviews.
The Philadelphia native reportedly jokingly referred to a Twitter user (@ksan indiangirl) as her husband. The tweet, which was posted in 2009, reads as follows: “@ksan indiangirl keep the house clean and feed me well….we can name you my domestic spouse. :)”She would light up her Twitter feed nine years later by tapping into her sarcastic pit as she compared her relationship with her USC assistant, Lisa Boyer, to that of a married pair.
Despite being humorous, the tweet did not go down well with the supporters, who believed it to be true. Many people assumed she was married to a wife. Furthermore, Lisa’s response led everyone to believe that they may be partners.
But, paradoxically, that’s Dawn, smart and sarcastic.
Overall, the South Carolina Gamecocks’ head coach could be single right now.
Embracing the LGBTQ Community: Lesbian Assistant Applauded for Accepting Her Partner
Dawn, who has never identified as a lesbian, has been greeted with open arms by the LGBTQ community.

Suffice it to say that the admiration is reciprocal. In an interview with the Chicago Tribune in 2014, the former WNBA legend emphasized the necessity of embracing the LGBTQ population, saying:
“You want to help any town that embraces this league. I believe the WNBA will accept any group that supports their organization.”Nobody was astonished when Dawn’s openly lesbian assistant at USC, Melanie Balcomb, told the story of how Dawn had welcomed both her girlfriend and their children in a 2017 New York Times interview. Melanie revealed the following: “We weren’t welcomed everywhere, but Dawn welcomed me and my family. It’s been an incredible experience.”
Dawn, whose parents were originally from South Carolina, made news in 2018 for a different reason. She and Missouri athletics director Jim Strek reached an agreement in February to resolve her defamation complaint.
