Dr. Steven Greer is a traumatologist and ufologist from the United States. Many young people’s dream career is to work for him. He studies extraterrestrial creatures. In layman’s terms, he researches aliens and UFOs.

His hometown is Charlotte, North Carolina, where he was born and raised. He grew up to be a fairly ordinary and average student. However, he was astounded the next day when he saw a mysterious object in the sky. At the time, he was just eight years old.

Early years

He earned a B.S. in biology from Appalachian State University in 1982 and an M.D. from East Tennessee State University’s James H. Quillen College of Medicine in 1987.

Greer founded the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) in 1990 with the aim of establishing a diplomatic and research-based effort to contact extraterrestrial civilizations.

CE-5, or ‘near encounters of the fifth kind,’ was a new type of extraterrestrial encounters mentioned in the official statements about its intentions. Greer described this as “human-initiated interaction with extraterrestrial life and/or communication.” The company has invested somewhere between $3.5 million and $5 million to achieve its objectives since its inception.

The group claims to have over 3,000 confirmed pilot sightings of UFOs, as well as over 4,000 proofs of what they call landing traces.
