In the 2008–09 season, Earvin made his professional volleyball debut after being hired by Tours VB.

According to Gazzettadimodena, Earvin N’Gapeth was engaged in a car accident the night of 2015 near Reggio Emilia that injured three people.
Enrico Lusetti and Davide Maccagnani only sustained minor wounds, but Riccardo Ferrarini was hospitalized and kept in intensive care at the Baggiovara hospital.
