On March 16, he made a public declaration about his sickness. Eazy’s sexual activities culminated in him getting not only this terrible disease, but also the birth of 11 children by eight different women. Eric Darnell Wright (also known as Lil Eazy-E,) Erin, Dominick, and Daijah, who were born six months after his death, are his known offspring. He died one month after being diagnosed with cancer on March 26, 1995, at the age of 30.
