What was the Professional Career of Gal Costa?

On the evening of August 22, 1964, Gal made her debut in the music industry at the concert Nós, for instance (We, For Example). She performed there alongside Veloso, Gil, Maria Bethânia, Tom Zé, and other artists. On Bethia’s debut album, which was published in 1965, she was professionally recorded. Evim da Bahia and Sim, foi você were her debut singles that she later made available via RCA Records. She sang “Minha Senhora” at the first international music festival on TV Rio.
