On May 22, 2007, it was revealed that Rave had signed a deal with Ring of Honor. On August 2, 2007, it was revealed that he had departed both Ring of Honor and Full Impact Pro. He got a contract with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, which was announced in August 2007. He later started working as a jobber for the X Division and the Tag Team division with Lance Rock, promoting groups like Team 3D, LAX, Prince Justice Brotherhood, and the Motor City Machine Guns. On February 11th, 2009, he and his previous tag team partner, Lance Hoyt, were both let go from their TNA contracts. On June 13, 2011, he made a one-night comeback to TNA, however he was defeated by Austin Aries in the first round of a competition for a TNA contract.

He defeated his trainer, Murder One, on April 3, 2009, to make his debut with Great Championship Wrestling. He wrestled for Rampage Pro Wrestling (RPW), making his debut in May 2009 and assuming the position of top booker in June 2010.
