Juanita Bynum

Juanita Bynum, a gospel artist, is a televangelist known for inspiring people and serving as a source of empowerment for women. Juanita derives strength from her personal stories for the one who had faced domestic violence on her two marital bonds in order to inspire others.

Despite her depression and stressful circumstances, she gave love a third chance by tying the nuptial knot, which she fervently desired to last forever.

Her desire, however, remained unfulfilled as her married life took a different path than she had hoped.

Net worth of Juanita Bynum

Juanita Bynum is a regular on the Trinity Broadcasting Network, and her net worth is estimated to be around $10 million as of today.

Divorce follows a million-dollar wedding.

She married Bishop Thomas W.Weeks III, who is an internet evangelist, in Atlanta in 2002. This is how the wedding went: Juanita, the bride, was in a beautiful bridal gown and a headband with Swarovski crystals for her big day.

Her goal was to make her wedding special, even though the wedding itself cost $1.2 million. Nine months and $65,000 later, the bride’s wedding gown is said to have been made. Her headband is said to have cost $6,000.

Q&A: Why did you spend so much money on your wedding?

“I planned my once-in-a-lifetime wedding this way because I intend to stay married.”

Her wedding day was the most significant day of her life. said:

“I married on one of the most memorable days of my life. That day was supposed to be the turning point in my life, when I would show the world that I had become a woman, and I refused to let it be otherwise [by wearing it again].

Juanita Bynum’s million-dollar wedding was broadcast worldwide on Trinity Broadcasting Network. They also worked together to build the Global Destiny Church in Duluth.

On August 21, 2007, in the parking lot of the Renaissance Concourse Hotel in Atlanta, Thomas attacked Juanita.

Following the assault, he was sentenced to three years in prison as a first-time offender. Anger management classes and 200 hours of community service were also required. A month after the attack, she divorced.

Juanita said no way when asked if they wanted to reconcile in divorce court. She went on to say:

Not speaking for him, I no longer want the marriage.

She elaborated:

“I was just trying to make it work because I don’t like breaking up with people. All of this was simply swept under the rug… As a result, you begin to adapt to a disastrous and unhealthy marriage.”

Following the incident, Thomas sent his ex-wife an apology message, presumably the most important message he has ever sent. A special message from Bishop to his wife Juanita Bynum Weeks and the Global Destiny Family Worldwide was sent out in an eight-minute video email blast. He stated,

“In the book, I discuss my flaws as a husband. I also have flaws on the opposite side of my spouse. I have hurt her as a result of that, and I want to apologize publicly and privately from the bottom of my heart.”

Abusive Married Life; Female Relationships

Juanita Bynum, the best-selling author of Matters of the Heart, has not married since her divorce from Bishop Thomas W.Weeks III in 2007.

However, prior to marrying him, she was already married in the early 1980s, and no information about her first husband has been discovered. She divorced from her first marriage and vowed never to speak of it again.

And, as a result of her two failed marriages, she has not been seen in any relationship, nor has she had any children.

However, in a quiet ceremony in 2009, her second husband entered into a marital bond with the self-described prophetess, Christina Glenn.

However, on the “Frank & Wanda in the Morning” show in 2012, the Georgia-based speaker revealed the most shocking news. She revealed that the abuse she endured with her second husband drove her in different directions in life.

“You know, I’ve done drugs, I’ve been with men, I’ve been with women.”

Frank Ski, the radio show’s host, repeatedly asked her if she was serious. When asked how she recovered from adversity or trauma, she shared her own bitter experience of abuse with her ex-husband and confessed:

“I was abused because I was attracted to people like me. That abuse was already lodged in my system. For years, I had abused myself mentally and emotionally in an attempt to fill a void that only the power of purpose can fill.”

Suicide remained in her mind as the ultimate solution to the problem following the breakdown of her marriage.

But she recovered from her depression and now advocates for women’s empowerment. Following her confrontation about her sexuality, she was chastised by her followers, but she remained steadfast.
