Early Childhood and Education of Kat Driscoll

Kat attended Rochester Grammar School, an all-girls school, throughout Kat’s early years of education. She was also a member of the Gillingham-based Jumpers Trampoline Club (Kent).

Kat also attended MidKent College after graduating from Grammar School and completed a year-long Diploma in BTEC and Sport between September 2003 and July 2004. Kat debuted on the world circuit in 1998 with the World Age Games, and her professional career took off from there.

Professional Life

Despite the fact that she began a new path in 1998, she did not pursue gymnastics as a full-time activity until 2010. Kat won the 2009 Aalsmeer Flower Cup after UK Sport sponsored her before becoming a full-time trampolinist.

She began her career in 2010, winning the British Championship twice and finishing in the top three on two occasions at the 2011 World Cup competitions. Kat competed in the Trampoline World Championships in Birmingham, England, the same year.

Kat was dubbed “Great Britain’s secret world number one” by BBC Sport in her pre-championship introduction. She finished ninth in the 2012 Olympics, however because the National Olympic Committees could only send two athletes to the Games, China had four competitors in the top eight. As a result, Kat was able to secure eighth place in the berth Olympics.

Kat, on the other hand, had to prove herself by winning a series of contests. In 2015, she placed eighth in the individual finals at the World Championships in Denmark, securing her spot in the Rio 2016 Olympics once more. Olympics

European Games

Kat was selected to represent her country in European games in 2015. Competitors from over fifty countries competed in the event, which drew about 5000 athletes.

European Championships

Their wedding was a one-of-a-kind occasion, with many students from their club in attendance. This couple enjoys doing things together outside of sports, such as bowling, attending birthday parties, and visiting relatives.

Because Kat and Gaby are so close to the club kids, their parents want them to care after their children over the summer vacation.

Besides, Gaby and Kat are currently focused on their careers and have no intentions to start a family anytime soon.
