Kellie was a member of the NCAA Champion team for three years in a row, from 1996 to 1998. Harper retired from playing in 1999 and began working as an assistant coach for the Auburn Tigers the following year. She worked there for two years before relocating to Chattanooga Mocs. Kellie was then offered a job as a coach at Western Carolina in 2004.
