Kelly Siegler was born on October 12, 1962, in Blessing, Texas, to a family of 900 people. According to her bio, she is 5 feet 10 inches (1.77 meters) tall.
Kelly’s parents, Billy Jalufka and Evelyn, divorced when she was thirteen years old. Her father owns a barbershop and a liquor store in Texas, but her mother is no longer with us. Evelyn abandoned Kelly after she succumbed to cancer in 1999.
Kelly graduated as valedictorian from Tidehaven High School in El Maton after being a brilliant student from an early age. She graduated from Tidehaven with a degree in International Business from the University of Texas at Austin in 1984.
Kelly continued her education by attending the South Texas College of Law and graduating with a Law degree in 1987.
