Naomi assisted her in honing her skills before introducing her to Don Potter, a guitarist who was launching his own publishing company.

Career from 1989

Barnes after a Sunday night gig at the world-famous Bluebird Café. Island Bound Music, a new publishing company at the time, offered him a writing deal.
