Leon reportedly received her primary education at Sheila Tarr Elementary School. They enrolled her in Centennial High School in Las Vegas, Nevada, for her high school studies.

And They enrolled in Westminster College in 2013 after finishing high school. They received their college diploma on May 13, 2017. At that time, they were social work students at Loyola University in Chicago.

When Leon was still enrolled at Westminster, one of the students there informed them that they could receive tuition discounts if they advertised the institution on their family’s television program.

Leon never received tuition waivers because that did not actually happen.

Mariah Brown used to be the name of Leon. After coming out as gay in 2017, they later revealed that they were trans in 2022. They declared that they were okay with the name Leo and changed their name to Leon.

Additionally, they would not put up with people disrespecting their choice by using their old name and pronoun because they do not want to be forced to identify as one gender over another.
