If you think this is all we have to show you, think again: we haven’t even begun! We still haven’t gotten to where we want to take you, which is to look at their wedding photos. It is, without a doubt, the segment’s main attraction! Mina did take some time to express her delight at marrying the man of her dreams. When she did, however, she couldn’t help but share her joy on social media. That is absolutely adorable to behold!

Mina Kimes’ Tattoo’s Backstory:

Did you know that Mina has “XLVIII” tattooed on her right inner bicep? Mina’s tattoo is the one she got to commemorate a Seahawk victory in the Superbowl! Mina, when asked about her tattoo and how she got it in 2014, said,

My brother and I had agreed on a simple design: XLVIII on the inside of our right biceps, in honor of the Super Bowl. We were each escorted to our own room. I requested that my tattoo artist, Matthew, print a smaller version of the roman numerals for my tattoo. I asked him to go even smaller after he agreed. I* stood up, walked outside, and paced for a few minutes, my hands shaking. Was I making a major blunder? After I regained my composure, I returned and left him to his work.

Mina went on to describe how she felt after getting the tattoo on her body.

Days later, I was still thinking about how panicked I was, as if suddenly aware that I was forever marring my body with a symbol for professional football. But that wasn’t the end of it. I realized I was uneasy because the tattoo appeared to be provisional — a symbol of fidelity but not faith. I felt woefully inadequate in comparison to those willing to go out on a limb to express their beliefs. What if Jason Terry was completely correct all along?

Mina then concluded by gushing about how her concern had perplexed her brother.

When I told my brother about my worries, he was perplexed. “So, do you want XLIX?” he inquired.

For the briefest of moments, I pondered it. I then burst out laughing.

The ‘Seahawks’ are lucky to have such a lovely fan!

Mina Kimes, in my opinion, did an excellent job delving into a subject that has become somewhat thorny over the last two years.

It doesn’t gloss over issues or overemphasize any of them, putting her in the minority of those who have attempted to address this issue.

She has received numerous awards for her outstanding dedication and passion for her work, including the Nellie Bly Cub Reporter Award (2008), Henry R. Luce Award (2010), Person to Watchlist (2012), Columbia Journalism Must-reads (2012), Outstanding Story (2013), FrontPage Award (2013), National Headliner Award (2013), and Larry Birger Prize (2013). (2014).

She recently posted photos to Instagram from a basketball game she attended. Mina is very enthusiastic about her work and enjoys her profession, which is evident in the public eye.
