Nicco Montano was born on December 16, 1988, in the Arizona town of Lukachukai. Frankie Montano and Connette Blair were her parents when she was born. Nicco, in reality, never had the opportunity to meet her father as a child. Nicco’s father died when she was 18 years old. Nicco grew up in Farmington, New Mexico, with his father. Education

Nicco Montano began his education at Chinle High School in Arizona. She received her diploma in 2006. Montano attended Arizona State University in Mesa, Arizona after graduation. She did, however, transfer to Tsaile, Arizona’s Dine College. As a result, she was accepted to Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, for her final academic endeavor.

Nicco would travel to Farmington and Four Corners MMA to receive Brazilian jiu-jitsu instruction after her father died in 2006. Despite this, she was still unsure about pursuing fighting as a career. In December 2017, Nicco Montano was ready to battle for the UFC title against Sijara Eubanks. However, due to Sijara’s rapidly deteriorating health, this was not possible. Eubanks cut more weight than the majority of male fighters. She also admitted to making a blunder during her weight loss, which prevented her from reaching the 125-pound restriction required for the contest.

Nicco Montano accused Justin Watson of assaulting her in December of 2021. She resorted to Instagram to detail the harassment she received from a man in a Texas motel. Montano claimed she was stepped on, kicked, and had her hair torn out. She then had to run along the hotel corridor while still nude.

After that, someone from the hotel heard her and came to her aid. Montano later reported that she had been hospitalized. Montano’s manager, Ricky Kottenstette, also spoke out about the incident, saying that Montano had scans done for her injuries and was anticipated to be discharged later that day.
