Olavi Uusivirta was born in Hesinki, Finland, on July 28, 1983. However, he moved to Kotka throughout his childhood and then to Karkkila city. During his final year of elementary school, he developed an interest in singing and music. Olavi then began taking lessons in the piano and guitar. He enrolled in art classes and joined a theater troupe in order to further his passion of music. He continues to be a part of the Mustikkamaa Midsummer Festival in Helsinki. Also, He was motivated by Ismo Alanko throughout the incident (popular Finnish musician). He saw Ismo Alanko perform and decided to pursue a career in singing and music.
