Pat Sajak was born in Chicago, Illinois, in the United States on October 26, 1946. Patrick Leonard Sajdak is his given name. He is an American citizen. Sajak is of White ethnicity, and his zodiac sign is Scorpio.

Pat was born into a low-income family, the son of Leonard Anthony Sajdak (father) and Joyce Helen Sajdak (mother) (mother). Sajak’s father was a factory worker who died while he was a child.
