Their debut single, “Living Life Backwards” / “High Flying Electric Bird,” was published in 1970, and Jeff Beck later recorded the song’s A-side. They then followed it up with the album Things May Come and Things May Go, but the Art School Dance Lives On Forever.
Bunn was replaced by Steve Glover in 1970 for their second hit, “Can’t Get Off The Planet” / “Broken Magic,” and the album Thousands on a Raft. After Mullen, Thompson, and Tait left, Phil Ryan on keyboards, John “Pugwash” Weathers on drums, and Brian Breeze on guitar (all formerly of The Eyes of Blue) joined Brown and Glover.
