Professional Playing Career

As a professional player, Bosz got chances at some of the country’s most respected clubs, and he kept changing many clubs. Peter, as a little boy, always had a fixed mentality and, it was winning. It wasn’t limited to words but also showed results when the club finished at the respectable 13^th place.  It happened in his primary season at the club; Bosz headed them towards advancement to the Eredivisie.

Peter joined Feyenoord as a technical director but eventually left because the head coach was fired. He immediately joined his former club Heracles and spent three years in it. The club was able to reach the top 8 and secure qualification for the European competition playoffs. In 2013, Bosz entered as a manager in his former club Vitesse. Vitesse was at the top of the league right after his entrance for the first time since 2006.

Eventually, the team finished in fifth place and qualified for European Playoffs. Due to his amazing coaching style, he nearly bagged Rinus Michels Award for the year’s manager but was a slight miss. In 2016, Peter joined as the new head instructor of Israeli champions Maccabi Tel Aviv and left in May for Dutch Club AFC Ajax.

After that, he went with Borussia Dortmund and is currently working for Bayer Leverkusen. Bayer saw significant improvement; it even secured seats in UEFA Champions League qualification in the season’s final game.
