The company has grown into a success over time. African Leadership Magazine honored the prophet into the CEO Hall of Fame in Africa in 2018.

For its sustained success, his company was also given the business excellence award. Shepherd’s business narrative was highlighted in the February 2018 issue of African Leadership Magazine as a result of this success.
