Richard Rawlings was born on March 30, 1969, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Aries parents. He had always been fascinated by automobiles, and he and his father used to build them as children. He bought his first car when he was 14 years old. His father was a big influence on his love of vehicles, and he had to work two or three jobs just to finance his own car or motorcycle.
