Her high school career was cut short due to a knee injury. Despite this, she finished her career as the team’s all-time leader in steals and assists, as well as the second all-time leading scorer. She was the first Molloy athlete to be inducted into the GCHSAA Hall of Fame in 2011.

She began playing Division I basketball for her university team after recuperating from her injury.
