Early, Family and Education

McIver was born in Auckland and raised in Titirangi by her parents, John George Whitfield “Macintosh” McIver, a photographer, and Ann “Annie” McIver, a craftswoman. She studied artistic dance and jazz moves till she was thirteen years old.

On August 1, 2019, the arrangement came to an end after five seasons and 71 scenes.

McIver was spotted in Romania in March 2017, filming A Christmas Prince for Netflix, which was released on November 17, 2017. In the 2018 spin-off film A Christmas Prince: The Royal Wedding, she reprised her role as Amber Moore, and she will reprise the role in the threequel A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby.
