Fehoko has 59 receptions for 1,495 yards and 16 receiving touchdowns as a senior at Brighton High School. He was named to the second team of the USA Today All-USA high school football team in 2015. In 2018, he began his freshman year at Standford University after serving a two-year LDS mission in Seoul, South Korea.

Fehoko played in 12 games as a sophomore, starting one, and recording 24 receptions for 566 yards, a 23.58 yard average per reception, and six receiving touchdowns. He started all six games as a junior in 2020, catching 37 passes for 574 yards and three touchdowns on a 15.5-yard average per catch. He was chosen to the First Team All-Pac-12.
