Between 2006 and 2013, Ian released a large amount of house and electro music under this alias. His music was featured in a number of animations and video games, and he earned a lot of support from Newgrounds users. Ian also created the main menu theme for Castle Crashers Online.

Ian determined in 2010 that he was tired of being a Newgrounds sensation and wanted to break into the commercial electronic music industry. He founded the brand “Space Laces” and made his Houserecordings debut with the tune “Deep Space.”

Following that, Ian gained help from a variety of small-time house musicians, including Porter Robinson and Lazy Rich, who helped him grow. Ian and Figure collaborated on the remix of Asser’s Evil.
