Tulsi Gabbard is a Democratic Party politician who has been the U.S. Representative for Hawaii’s 2nd congressional district since 2013. She was also Vice-Chair of the Democratic National Committee from February 28, 2016, until then. When she was a member of the Hawaii Army National Guard’s field medical unit, she worked in a war zone in Iraq from 2004 to 2005. She also worked in Kuwait from 2008 to 2009.

She is a Democratic candidate. Tulsi Gabbard will be able to take part in the fourth debate. At Otterbein University in Ohio, the fourth debate will be held on October 15, and it will be held in Westerville. Even though she didn’t meet the polling requirement for the third presidential debate in August, she was able to get enough polling to qualify for the fourth round debate. In a new poll in New Hampshire, she got 2% of the vote, which made her the 12th Democratic candidate for the debate.
