Net Worth & Career

It was almost a decade ago that Will Hurd started a campaign for the 23rd Congressional District in Texas. He wants to be a Republican. Pete Gallego, a Democrat from the town of Alpine, ran for office that year but lost. In 2014, he ran for office again.

To become an official representative of the United States, he had to win an election. He did this on January 3, 2015.

Besides being a politician, Will’s job in the government is to be a person who works for the government. He used to work for the CIA. Will was a spy in Pakistan and Afghanistan while he worked for the government as an agent.

Will has been a lawmaker for almost a decade and worked for the CIA for another ten years. He must be respected by his countrymen because he has been a CIA spy for that long. He may be able to live his life with his head held high in his job. And a good one, too.

Will’s income isn’t public, but he must be making a lot of money because Congressmen make an average of $174 K each year.

Early life and education

Hurd is the son of Robert and Mary Alice Hurd. He has a brother, Chuck, and a sister, Elizabeth. His father is black and his mother is white.

Hurd is a graduate of John Marshall High School in Leon Valley, Texas, and of Texas A&M University, where he was elected student body president and graduated with a major in computer science and a minor in international relations.

Intelligence career

Hurd worked for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) for nine years from 2000 to 2009, stationed primarily in Washington, D.C., including a tour of duty as an operations officer in AfghanistanPakistan, and India. He speaks Urdu, the national language and lingua franca of Pakistan, where he worked undercover. One of his roles at the CIA was briefing members of Congress, which is what made Hurd want to pursue politics. He returned to Texas after his CIA service and worked as a partner with Crumpton Group LLC, a strategic advisory firm, and as a senior adviser with FusionX, a cybersecurity firm.

The Organic Will Hurd

The politician is a native of San Antonio, Texas, born on August 19, 1977. William Ballard Hurd is his birth name.

House of Republican Party Representatives in 2015 in the United States. And if that wasn’t enough, Will is Texas’ first African-American man to be elected to Congress on the Republican Party platform.

Included in Will’s family, apart from his parents, Robert Hurd and Mary Alice, are two others, brother Charlie Hurd and sister Liz Hurd. Will’s father is African-American in family origin and his mother is Caucasian; he, therefore, has a mixed race.

Will graduated from John Marshall High School in 1995 with respect to his high school studies. The congressman also attended Texas A&M University for his academic degree. He graduated in 2000 from the university with a major in computer science.

Would he be married? Partner Wife Or?

Will kept most of his privacy from the media’s eyes. The politician revealed certain details of his life by moving to public office.

In 2017, Will opened his door to Lynlie Wallace in romantic terms.

Lynlie is involved with the government like the politician, his partner. For nearly a decade she served as the Staff Chief for Lyle Larson’s Representative.

Although the facts of her relationship are less known, the couple has held multiple public appearances together. At its 43rd Annual North San Antonio Chamber gala on 14 January 2017, he was accompanied by his lovely buddy, Lynlie.

The couple has remained, however, secretive with their romance since then.
