Tim McCormack, also known as Timothy Jude McCormack, is a native of Clinton Corners, New York. He cashed his Helicopter on the roof of a midtown Manhattan building on June 10, 2019. However, he died in this incident, and an investigation is still underway to determine the exact cause of this accident.
Furthermore, Tim was piloting an Agusta A109E helicopter when he lost control and crashed on the roof of 787 Seventh Avenue in New York around 1:45 p.m. In fact, Governor Cuomo responded to the scene and stated in a press conference that there was no evidence of an active threat or suspected terrorism.

According to the official report, Tim lost contact with the Laguardia Airport tower. Then decided to make an emergency landing on the flat surface of the roof, but he came down too hard and crashed into the Axa Equitable Center, located at 787 7th Avenue.

Tim McCormack received his commercial pilot license on September 24, 2004. His flight instructor certificate for “Rotorcraft-Helicopter” last year on June 28, 2018. His medical class revealed in May 2019 that he must have available glasses for near vision.
