Matthew Ryan Meese, also known as Matt Meese, a well-known sketch comedian, and actor, is currently single. He is best known as the co-creator, actor, and head writer of Studio C. However, he was once linked to fellow cast member Mallory Everton.

Meese began his passion for comedy while at university when he and his friends formed Devine Comedy, an on-campus comedy sketch group at BYU.

After Meese pitched his idea to Jared Shores, a content director at BYUtv, the sketch gained traction. In addition, his show Studio C was added to the BYUtv network. Since then, the comedian has contributed to the show as a head writer as well as an actor who has played a variety of roles in the sketch.

Among his many roles, he is best known for portraying Scott Sterling, a misfortune football and volleyball player who is constantly hit on the head by the ball. The Sterling series is one of Studio C’s most popular and entertaining sketches.

Biographical Sketch

The actor was born in New Jersey on October 10, 1983, and was raised in Phoenix, Arizona, by his mother, Joni Meese, and father, Curtis Meese, as well as his three siblings.

After graduating from high school, Meese worked as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Chicago. He later earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brigham Young University. Before and after graduation, he worked for five years at the Monte L. Bean Life Science Museum.
