Shania Twain should “share the wealth” with her namechecks, according to Brad Pitt.
The ‘Babylon‘ actor Brad Pitt is famously mentioned in the Canadian singer’s 1998 hit single ‘That Don’t Impress Me Much,’ but she changed the lyrics to include the ‘Deadpool‘ star after spotting him in the audience at a recent show.
And Brad insisted he didn’t feel snubbed by being left out of the lyrics, and suggested Shania keep mentioning different Hollywood hunks when she sings the song.
When asked about Ryan stealing his thunder, Brad laughed and said, “He didn’t steal it. I believe we can divide the wealth.
“Yeah, Ryan’s a good egg as well. He is deserving of some affection.
“I think she should pass it on down, and next time she can sing it to Austin Butler. Maybe Leo [DiCaprio] in the middle.”
Despite changing the lyrics, Shania recently insisted she still thinks Brad is “very impressive” – but Ryan “can do no wrong”.
“I mean, Brad Pitt is stunning, he’s as successful as it gets,” she explained. He is, of course, very impressive. And what about Ryan Reynolds? I mean, my fellow Canadian, he can’t do anything wrong.
“Of course, he’s the ideal subject for ‘That Don’t Impress Me Much.’ The ideal target. [Ryan is] an adorable, lovely, lovely man who is also extremely talented.”

Meanwhile, Brad recently admitted he can relate to his character in ‘Babylon’, silent movie star Jack Conrad, because of his own natural “melancholy” and “world-weariness”.
“Unfortunately, that melancholy may be my natural mode of being, some congenital melancholy,” he said.
“But no, I think there’s a weariness that takes over with the character as he moves on. There’s a sense of world-weariness that I can definitely relate to.
“At the moment, more of us are trying to tear each other down than help each other up. “I’m getting tired.”
